Repairs out of warranty are subject to fees and will be quoted after the tool or machinery has gone through the diagnostic phase.
We charge a diagnostic fee for preventative maintenance and out-of-warranty repairs. Please keep in mind that a tool or machine that is dropped off for under-warranty repair and the manufacturer determines that it is no longer under warranty; the customer will be subject to a diagnostic fee.
